Materials Needed:

1.  Templates
2.  Construction Paper
3.  Glue
4.  Scissors
5.  Yarn

Instructions:

1.  Trace kite template and shapes onto construction paper.
2.  Cut out shapes drawn on construction paper.
3.  Paste top left triangle onto base.
4.  Paste top right triangle onto base.
5.  Paste bottom left  triangle  onto base.
6.  Paste bottom right  triangle  onto base
7.  Punch hole at bottom .
8.  String hole with yarn, tie and make a knot.
