Foods vegan & vegetarian children like to eat:



Breakfast:
  fruit, breakfast cereals (with    
          almond/rice milk or fortified juice), 
          pancakes, waffles, bagels...
Lunch: 
           salads, veggie burgers, veggie links,      
           nut butter & jam sandwiches...

Dinner:
         mashed potatoes, raw&/or  
         steamed vegetables, beans, bean  
         burritos, pasta, veggie pizza...

Snacks:
